I know what you're thinking...
DUBLIN? That's right.. Dublin has it's own miniature Cliffs of Moher! I wouldn't have known this either until Hannah and Geoff brought it to my attention when they booked me for their honeymoon/anniversary photoshoot while they were visiting Ireland from Kentucky.
Howth is a quaint seaside town East of Dublin City. It has lots of amazing local pubs, restaurants and a beautiful promenade for a stroll. We went on a Sunday evening and the place was so lively to our surprise! So definitely a lovely alternative to staying in the centre of Dublin as there seemed to be plenty to do!
Howth is home to Howth Head, a scenic cliff walk that resembles a smaller Cliffs of Moher. In the summer the hills are covered in beautiful purple flowers, and the sea is an unusually teal blue here which is not common for Ireland!
Hannah and Geoff came here for their one year wedding anniversary, but also their honeymoon! She brought her wedding dress and wore it with a leather jacket, doc Martens and paired it with a stunning bouquet from Kathryn's Flower Barn, who made a matching button hole (boutonniere for my American folk).
